Tips for buying one used
- Check that every club in the listing is there, including the putter and the bag if it's listed.
- For juniors, size by height, not age. If they're between sizes, go up one so they can grow into it.
- Light wear is fine on sets. Look closer at grips: worn grips are cheap to replace but add up across a set.
Common questions
Is the TaylorMade Kalea Gold set good for beginners?
Yes. It's one of the most forgiving complete sets you can buy, built for beginners and high handicaps.
What handicap is the Kalea Gold set for?
Beginners and 20+ handicaps. Best with most swing speeds.
Is a used Kalea Gold set worth it?
Yes, if the discount is meaningful. As a newer model it holds value, so compare it with the previous version, which is often much cheaper and plays similarly.
