The best newer drivers to buy used (2025 and 2026 models)

Newer clubs drop in price fast once they hit the used market. These are 2025 and 2026 models already selling used, ranked for who they suit and how much you save over new.
- 1Best overall
Callaway Elyte

Callaway’s standard 2025 head, with a movable back weight to tune launch and shot shape.
- 2
TaylorMade Qi35 Max

High-MOI head with rear weighting and a slight draw bias, for higher launch and straighter misses. Draw-biased, so it helps straighten a slice. Launches high, which helps slower swings carry farther.
- 3Most forgiving
Cobra DS-Adapt Max K

Cobra’s most forgiving driver, with very high MOI for steadier off-center hits. Launches high, which helps slower swings carry farther.
- 4
Callaway Quantum Max

Callaway’s mainstream 2026 head with separate loft and lie adjustment. Launches high, which helps slower swings carry farther.
- 5
Titleist GT1

Titleist’s lightest head, built for higher launch and more ball speed with slower swings. Launches high, which helps slower swings carry farther.
- 6
Srixon ZXi Max

Srixon’s highest-MOI driver, built for maximum forgiveness. Launches high, which helps slower swings carry farther.
- 7
Callaway Elyte Max Fast

A lighter, easier-to-swing head with high launch for moderate swing speeds. Launches high, which helps slower swings carry farther.
What to look for in a used driver
- Get the right loft. Most newer golfers hit 10.5° or higher farther and straighter than 9°.
- Match the shaft flex to your swing. Too stiff costs distance and sends the ball right.
- Check the face and crown for cracks or deep sky marks. Light scuffs on the sole are normal.
How we picked
Every club here is a real model we track across official store feeds and eBay. We rank them on how forgiving they are, how recent the design is, and how much you save compared with the launch price. Prices are the typical used price as of 2026-10-04. Stores may pay us a commission, which never changes the order.
